Licensing agreement

This agreement covers all designs that are licensed by you (the designer) to 3 Foot 6 Models Limited (3 Foot 6 Models) to produce 3D prints for sale via 3 Foot 6 Models' website (www.3foot6models.com). Customers are individuals purchasing models of the designs that 3 Foot 6 Models has printed.

By licensing your design to 3 Foot 6 Models, you agree:

1. 3 Foot 6 Models will produce 3D prints of your designs only in the scale(s) they are provided in. 3 Foot 6 Models takes full responsibility for the production process, delivery, returns, and all other responsibilities and liabilities to customers.

2. 3 Foot 6 Models will credit you as the designer of the models. Should a customer request any changes be made to your designs, 3 Foot 6 Models will contact you, unless you have specified that you are not to be contacted, or that specific changes or versions will not be made to your designs (e.g. a design won't be produced in a specific scale, such as 1:64, because that design is already in use by another company).

3. 3 Foot 6 Models will not on sell, modify, or change any of your designs for customers without your prior consent. 3 Foot 6 Models will be explicit that it does not sell designs.

4. You may on sell your designs to other parties or post them online, although it would be appreciated if you provided written advice to 3 Foot 6 Models if you do so

5. 3 Foot 6 Models’ production process is the responsibility of the company, and it will make it clear to customers that any production issues are the responsibility of 3 Foot 6 Models only.

6. For every single print made of your designs, 3 Foot 6 Models will pay you $5 per print as a royalty. This royalty will be paid monthly, no later than the end of the month in which the print was made.

7. 3 Foot 6 Models is responsible for all GST on the sale of models. Any income tax on royalties is the responsibility of the designer.
