Frateschi replacement shells, Mk II

I’ve split the “Frateschi replacement shell” for the NZR DA class off on to its own page. I’d previously put the NZ120 (TT:120 or 1:120 scale), HOnz (1:87) and OO (1:76) scale versions of the DA print on one page, which was confusing.
