VRA refrigerated container
VRA refrigerated containers were introduced in 1980. Owned by Refrigerated Freight Lines (RFL) and built by Fairfax Industries, the fibre-glass containers were semi-permanently mounted on UK class container wagons with a refrigerator unit attached at one end. The containers had two sets of offset doors on either side.
The model is in NZ120 (TT scale - 1:120) and HOnz (HO scale - 1:87) scales.
